Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you should indicate that you agree to these TOS. Failure to respect these TOS may result to a blacklist.
Last updated: 12/02/25Blacklisted Members cannot get gifted a commission, cannot interact with me directly or by any other way. If you are caught getting a commission for them, you will be blacklisted as well.
Blacklisted members can be seen by clicking the cross label on the main tab.

General

-Please do not ask me anything with spiders, I am highly scared of them and they cause me a lot of discomfort.
-I can also have a hard time understading things. English isn't my first language.
-Please don't be rude, or harass me. Any conflits can be settled in DMs.
-That being said, I do not want any Homophobic, Transphobic, Xenophobic, Islamophobic, etc. Misogynistic, Racist, Sexist, Ableist, Shota/lolicon people to interact with me. Please get away from me and my art.
-I am heavily against Trump and his supporters. This is a DNI as well.
-I do have a DNI with proshippers. I do not search conflits with them of course but I do ask of them to not interact with me and to just leave me alone.
-I am a socially awkard and generally a very anxious person, so please do keep in mind that I will take time to answer.
-I am mostly avaible on Instagram and Discord (mcchaoticgrimreaper for discord).

Payment

-Payment is done via PayPal and Kofi.
-My currency is € (Euro) only. Please be sure that, if you are converting, you put the right price.
-As of now, I ask what's your preffered payment method, as I am flexible on this matter.
-I do have a preffered method of payment however, which is half after the sketch and half at the end, before I send the commission.
-If there's a current money trouble, do let me know so I can adjust with you. I will continue your commission and keep it until you can pay once more, unless you ask for a refund.
-Refunds can be made at any time UNLESS I state that your commission is almost done.
-I won't send the finished artwork until you have payed me fully.
-My prices aren't negociable, unless I make posts about sales or with lowered prices.

Art

-I do not tolarate AI 'Art' and NFT, nor do I allow my art to be used as such.
-Credit should be given where credit is due.
-I have the right to use your commission as an example, and also to post them on my social medias. However, you'll be credited as the owner of the oc.
-There will always be a watermark on my art as of now. This is not something that can be removed, even with request.
-I do not tolerate my art being edited once I am finished with a commission. I send multiple wips for a reason.
-I do not allow my art to be traced unless I give EXPLICIT CONSENT. You can reference my art, all I ask is credit.
-Speaking of, I except my art and designs to be always credited.
-Please state if your commission is for commercial use.
-You can use any commission I have done for you as an icon. However, if that said artwork wasn't made for you, or contain my ocs, you are not allowed to use them as such.
-I only send commissions on: ToyHouse, Email or Discord. Please state your preference when commissioning me.
-Sketches commission will always be flat colored.
-Commission can take up between a day/a week to serveral months.
-As of right now, I am still a student. So please be patient with me. Updates can be given at any time.
-I can do nudity but not full on NSFW, for now. I do except an ID for such commission to prove you are of age (no need to show your face, your username and DOB is the only requirement when showing the ID).
-While I do not think this should be stated, as it is common sense, I WILL NOT DO NSFW/NUDITY FOR FERALS.

Design

-Credit should be given where credit is due.
-I request to be asked when redesigning a character. This doesn't apply if you want to change a feral oc into an anthro and vise versa. You're free to do so.
-I do concept art and color before working on the final sketch. That way, we can make sure the design is to your personnal liking.
-I will not allow my design to be copied (literal copies, use my colors if you want to, I do not care much).
-When uploading a design on ToyHouse, I requested to be credited as the creator. If you prefer, I can of course make the profile for you and send it over.
-Please be sure to resell any of my designs for what you pay for. This does not apply if there's added art, of course.
-I will and do kinsona and redesigns as well. For kinsona, I will ask a character and a moodboard, as to not 100% copy the original design.
-If you requested a design based on someone's OCs, I ask to be shown explicit consent of the original owner before proceeding.
-When I design Anthro/Furries characters, I do not add clothes. They will always be in barbie doll nudity (unless asked for simple nudity). However, clothes can be asked as an add-on.
-I am a-okay with designing MYOs for you. All I ask if proof on you owning the said MYO.
-Customs can come with colors, hidden details and/or close ups. It is a free add-on and can be asked at any time.
-As of today, I have rights on 3 species. Fluiraans, Vespers and Finling. Existing ocs can be redesigned into one of the close specie, but I do ask for consent of the original designer.
